Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of limited runs, made-to-order pieces, and small-batch production, we do not offer refunds for change of mind without prior arrangement or special circumstance.What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or credit where appropriate.Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unworn, unused items, subject to availability. -
Do you offer store credit?
Yes. Where applicable, approved returns or cancellations are issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.Store credit is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Are your pieces limited edition?
Many Joy Hysteric pieces are exclusively produced in limited quantities or as small runs. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.How should I care for my items?
